Products and scope

$39 toolkit: a personal-use digital download containing guidance, worksheets, examples and an editable résumé template. No individual assessment, résumé rewrite or consultation is included.

$149 bundle: the toolkit plus Emily's written review of one résumé and up to three career fields, prioritized recommendations, and one written follow-up submitted within 14 days of delivery. No call is required. The $110 upgrade is available through the workspace of a verified toolkit purchase.

Career Architecture and invited no-fee pilot work are separate engagements with an individually agreed scope. Buying a toolkit does not automatically enroll you in either.

Delivery and participation

After payment is confirmed, the toolkit is available through a private download workspace. Review buyers complete the private intake and provide a redacted résumé. Emily confirms when the necessary materials are complete and the delivery date; the target is five business days from that confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delays or missing materials are communicated.

Private links expire after 30 days for access control. This does not cancel your purchase: contact Emily from the purchase email address for renewed access. You may decline optional research and follow-up.

Support, cancellation and refunds

Email elevateemsolutions@gmail.com for failed downloads, duplicate charges, corrections, or cancellation requests. We will respond within five business days. Please contact us before purchasing if your deadline cannot accommodate that timing.

If ElevateEm cannot provide an undelivered paid service, we will offer a refund for that undelivered service. Other refund or cancellation requests are reviewed individually, including whether the download was delivered or review work has begun. No automatic refund is initiated by the website.

Boundaries and use

The material is decision support and evidence translation. It does not promise employment, a salary, a particular federal grade, or a validated match score. Do not invent qualifications or results when using examples. Files are for the purchaser's personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Payment is processed by Stripe only when checkout is enabled. The confirmed checkout shows the amount before you pay. Your intake is governed by our privacy and data practices.
