Your information has a purpose.
It should stay within it.
Effective 30 September 2026
ElevateEm Solutions uses information to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services, fulfill purchases, and improve the work with the permissions described below. Contact Emily at elevateemsolutions@gmail.com with questions, corrections, withdrawal requests, or a request to delete your information.
What we collect
Public forms collect your name, email, role, decision context, timing, and optional professional link. Do not include account numbers, government identifiers, personnel files, medical records, or classified or controlled information.
After an invitation or written-review purchase, a restricted workspace can collect your agreed scope, decision priorities, evidence, constraints you choose to disclose, a redacted résumé, and written feedback. Approximate financial ranges are optional; do not upload financial statements.
Who processes it
Netlify hosts the website, receives public forms, and stores private workflow records and files. Google processes email sent through the ElevateEm Gmail account. Stripe processes payment information when paid checkout is connected; ElevateEm does not collect or store your card number. GitHub stores website source code and product files, not your client records.
Public pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and articles through rss2json and Substack. These services receive ordinary connection information. The private workspace avoids those external page resources. Infrastructure providers may retain security and request logs under their own practices.
Service, research and publication are separate choices
Submitting a form authorizes a response about that request. It does not sign you up for general marketing. In the private intake, optional research use and follow-up are separate choices. Declining optional research does not prevent an agreed service.
We do not publish an identifiable case or testimonial without separate permission. No publication permission is collected by the current intake. Research participation does not authorize using your data for employment selection.
Access, links and storage
Private workspace links contain a randomly generated or cryptographically derived access credential. Anyone holding the link can use it, so do not forward it or use a shared device. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Contact Emily for renewed access through your verified email address.
The owner workspace requires a separate access credential. Private files are returned as downloads and are not placed in the public website folder. These controls limit access; no online system can promise zero risk.
Retention and deletion requests
We review inactive inquiries after 90 days and completed service records after 12 months to decide what is still needed. Requests to delete or correct information are handled across the relevant form records, private storage, and email, not just the website view. Purchase and accounting records may need separate retention.
A withdrawn research choice stops new optional research use. Information already incorporated into genuinely non-identifiable aggregate findings may not be separable. We will explain the scope of any deletion and confirm when it is complete.
Cookies and measurement
Checkout uses a short-lived, secure order cookie to reconnect you with your purchase. The private workspace holds its access credential in memory, removes it from the address bar after loading, and does not put it in persistent browser storage. Keep the original email if you need to reopen it.
This release does not install advertising pixels, sell personal information, or send your written answers to public analytics. We use form counts, case status, consented feedback and purchase records to understand whether the service is useful.
